In SPVB, sales people may work in a mix of sales channels, namely Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and Key Accounts, with the support of Implementation & Sustainability and Trade Marketing. In order to timely equip resources to support our business call, we are looking for passionate, young talents to join our Sales Supervisor in Traditional Trade channel.
1. Introduce about Traditional Trade channel:
This is the sales channel through distributors, agents, grocery stores, markets, wholesalers, and retailers (cafes, restaurants ...), in which, the products are brought directly to consumers.
For the beverage product, Traditional Trade channel accounts for a huge proportion (over 90%) of total revenue. The objective of the Sales team is not only about the volume, but also about the distribution of various products at each point of sale and how the product is the most eye-catching display to become the preferred choice of comsumers. The development and pursue a comprehensive development plan win (Win-Win) along with partner distributors, therefore, is very important to us.
