Partner with business to ensure HR practices including company regulations are properly undertaken at functional level and provide technical expertise, advice, solutions & interventions to business.
Provide expertise and lead nationwide recruitment agenda to timely equip resources with right talents and support business growth.
Provide expertise and ensure the quality of training program, performance management process, culture and employer value proposition of the company.
Provide expertise in reward & recognition development and provide personnel admin shared service for the company.
Responsible for administrative management, including cost management, employee benefits, services for expatriates, outside services, and daily administrative activities in offices and manufacturing plants.
