Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage Received Vietnam Sustainable Company Award 2016
Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage (SPVB) received the “Vietnam Sustainable Company Award 2016” from VCCI, proving the sustainble development tarrget in the journey of “Quality Commitment” in over 22 years of SPVB in Vietnam.
The “Vietnam Sustainable Company Award 2016” is the prestigious award firstly organized by VCCI to acknowledge the contribution of companies in Vietnam. In order to receive the recognition, companies have to meet the criteria based on Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI). CSI measures the company value not only based on sustainable development criteria in terms of business but also based on commitment to environment sustainability contribution and humanitarian spirit towards community living.
Honored to be one of the first companies receiving the award, SPVB once again prove the position as one of the leading beverage companies in Vietnam with “Quality Commitment” for product quality and community living.
Over 22 years for one “Quality Commitment”
In order to gain consumer trust in over 22 years, SPVB always complies with strict Code of Conduct and core values of PepsiCo Inc. and Suntory Holdings. All the company products such as Pepsi, Sting, Oolong Tea+ Plus, Matcha Tea+ Plus, Aquafina, Tropicana Twister, Mirinda, 7Up, Revive, Mountain Dew, Lipton, Evervess are always tested and evaluated as aligned with strict standards of two parent groups as well as Vietnam regulations in terms of food safety

The finished goods of the Company are always strictly tested about physical, chemical, biological criteria. Besides, the goods are sent to accredited lab in Vietnam to test the requirements as announced in quality portfolio signed with Ministry of Health. Moreover, in each month, samples of SPVB products are tested by an independent third party authorized by PepsiCo Inc. This unit will arbitrarily buy products at distribution channels and sent the samples to the labs accredited by PepsiCo Inc. to test and ensure athe products meet quality requirements.
